Productivity for neurodivergent brains.

Structure when you need it. Flexibility when you don’t.

Focus Hub is a calm, accessible productivity app built for autistic and ADHD professionals who need support — not pressure.

It’s structure without rigidity.
Flexibility without chaos.

Chaos within structure. On purpose.

Why Focus Hub Exists

Most productivity tools assume your brain works one way.
Neurodivergent brains don’t.

Focus Hub was built by an autistic ADHDer who constantly needs structure — and just as constantly pushes back against it.

Some days you want a plan.
Some days you just want to survive the day without spiraling.

Focus Hub gives you options, so you can work with your brain instead of fighting it.

One dashboard. Multiple ways to focus.

Focus Hub brings several proven productivity methods together in one simple Android dashboard — so you don’t have to juggle apps, systems, or mental load.

Prioritize what actually matters

Instead of endless lists, use the Eisenhower Matrix to decide what truly needs attention now — and what doesn’t.

Focus without burning out

Block time for deep work and use a built-in Pomodoro timer to stay focused without pushing past your limits.

Reduce cognitive load

Group similar tasks with Task Batching and limit daily goals using the Rule of 3 to prevent overwhelm and context switching.

Guided Entry

(for brains that freeze on blank screens)

Staring at a blank form can be exhausting.

Focus Hub’s Guided Entry breaks task creation into small, manageable steps — one question at a time.

Why this helps:

  • Less cognitive load
  • No “where do I even start?” moment
  • Planning feels guided, not demanding

Add a task once, and Focus Hub automatically organizes it across:

  • Task Batching
  • Time Blocking
  • Eisenhower Matrix

If you prefer the Rule of 3, you can add tasks one at a time instead.
No forcing. No “right” way.

This is productivity that respects your nervous system.

Accessibility is built in

It is not an afterthought

Focus Hub is designed to feel comfortable to use, especially on hard days.

  • Built-in WCAG color contrast checker
  • Custom color palettes you can save and reuse
  • Optional glassmorphism visuals
  • Minimal layouts to reduce visual and sensory overload
  • Haptic feedback

More than just tasks

  • Notes for quick brain dumps
  • Pomodoro timer synced with your tasks

Task stats to track progress — without guilt

Built for real brains. Not perfect routines.

You don’t need more discipline.
You don’t need to “try harder.”

You need systems that adapt when your energy, focus, or capacity changes.

Focus Hub meets you where you are — and helps you move forward.

Project updates & development status
